Score posting online with WIC64

I made a simple change to the program that will upload the score using a WIC 64.

I haven't found a good way to detect the presence of a WIC 64 and the program hangs trying to save to a non-existing WIC64 so after Game Over  you have to press RESTORE to return to the start screen. The program should be able to detect the presence of the WIC64.

To get it, use the PRG file with the appropriate name. The compo versions are unaffected of course.

THIS IS AN EXPERIMENTAL BUILD SCORES CAN BE RESET ANY TIME.
